Together we ALL can make it! (Mental Health & More- Resources)

I am a firm believer in getting by with a little help from our friends, and family. However, sometimes they are not equipped to handle whatever may be overwhelming you. So often these days, the very people we all once may have turned to, are doing their level best to keep it together for themselves. You may be the person that people usually lean on, and you are now struggling to cope. We are all coping with a lot these days. In 2022 with our easy use of social media platforms for business, social, connecting etc, there is no reason to not reach out for help beyond friends and family. It's as easy as clicking a "like" button in most cases.

There is HELP available. No one in this day and age should have to feel that they are alone in their troubles. So here I share a few resources that may help you, or a friend or family member who may be in need of some form of assistance.  Selfcare is #1!  Take care of yourselves!

We can, and will get through this...together!

PEACE n LOVE...Always &Only,

J.
