It's my birthday! YES! And this is one of the things I chose to do to celebrate one more year around the sun! AMEN! 

With the world being what it is these days,this year I am deeply embedded in a profound space of gratitude and reflection. I mean , OK,...I try to be in that space everyday all year round. But this year, I think those of us celebrating birthdays in this Covid19 space,while observing massive political change as well as , some days; overwhelming life changes... this birthday is hittin on a whole other level. PLUS, my Mom is turning 70 years FAB (Yup we share a B-day!) and that is also more than worthy of celebration! 

So, since Vibes...Moods & Moves is the newest of my creative brain children, and has been my favorite means to connect with the world as of late, I figured lemme do an episode for my birthday! YAY!
